THE STATE OF TEXASCOUNTY OF DENTON Civil Citation by PublicationCause No. 26-1525-477 TO: Unknown Heirs at Law of Dolly Oppenheimer and Unknown Heirs at Law of Joyce Sherwood, and to all who it may concern. Notice to Defendant: You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. You (and each of you) are hereby commanded to appear before the 477th Judicial District Court at the Courts Building thereof, located at 1450 E. McKinney,2nd floor, Denton, Denton County, Texas 76209 by filing a written answer at or before 10:00 o’clock a.m. on the first Monday following the expiration of forty-two (42) days from the date of the issuance of this citation, same being May 04, 2026. If you do not file an answer by May 04, 2026 a default judgment may be taken against you. In addition to filing a written answer with the clerk, you may also be required to make initial disclosures to the other parties of this suit.
