Nature of the proceeding is the request for the Court to declare heirship in In the Estate of David Gene Dowling, J.R., Deceased. Probate Court #2 may act on said application at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 am on the first Monday next after the expiration of 10 days from the date this citation is served.
