CAUSE NO. 25-1845-CV-E CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS TO: THE UNKNOWN HEIRS AT LAW OF LETICIA M RODRIGUEZ, DECEASED Defendant, Greet- ing: “You have been sued. You may employ and attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a writ- ten answer with the clerk who issued this cita- tion at or before ten o'clock a.m. of the first Mon- day after the expi- ration of forty-two days from the date of the issu- ance of the cita- tion, same being Monday 27th DAY OF APRIL, 2026, a default judgment may be taken against you.
