EPPS NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT AS SUCCESSOR PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE Last known address: 2003 Razorback Circle, Texarkana, Miller County, Arkansas Date of Death: October 23, 2021 An instrument dated November 16, 2016, was on the 12th day of August 2022, admitted to probate as the last will of the above-named decedent and the undersigned has been appointed successor personal representative thereunder. Contest of the probate of the will can be affected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law. All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
