LEGAL NOTICE Circuit Court of Miller Co., Arkansas; No. 46PR-26-72-3; Estate of Ned A. Stewart, Jr., who died 3/10/26, and who resided at 10 Pine Grove, Texarkana, AR. An instrument dated 3/7/24, was on 3/23/26 admitted to probate as the Will of Ned A. Stewart, Jr., and Kathleen Stewart has qualified as Executrix. A contest of the probate of the will can be effected only by filing a petition within the time provided by law. All persons having claims against the estate must present them, duly verified, to the undersigned within 6 months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be barred from any benefit in the estate.
