NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ONTHE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN LANDS FROMMADERA MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
Notice is hereby given that Madera Municipal Management District No. 1 (the "District") will hold a public hearing on March 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., at 4514 Cole Avenue, Suite 1450, Dallas, Texas 75205, outside the boundaries of the District, for the following purpose:
CONDUCT HEARING ON EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN LANDS FROM MADERA MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1
All interested property owners have the right to present petitions for exclusion of land or other property and offer evidence in support of the petitions and the right to contest the proposed exclusion based on either a petition or the Board of Directors' own conclusion and to offer evidence in support of the contest.
