CITY OF GAINESVILLE LEGAL NOTICE OF THE BUILDING AND STANDARDS COMMISSION HEARING RESULTS The Building and Standards Commission of the City of Gainesville held a Public Nuisance Abatement Hearing on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the City Council chambers located in the Municipal Building, 200 S Rusk, Gainesville TX 76240 and issued the following orders: #PN-0112206-0052 | 836 E Scott The Commission found the owner to be in violation of the ordinance and ordered the owner to remove all the trash, debris, rubbish, junk, garbage and debris from the premises within 30 days. If the owner fails to comply, the city shall remove it at the owner's expense. #PN-03262026-0167 | 111 Blanton The Commission found the owner to be in violation of the ordinance and ordered the owner to remove dead trees, shrubs and plants from the premises within 30 days.
