NOTICE INITIA- TION OF THE SECTION 106 PROCESS: Tillman Infra- structure propos- es to construct a 145' (155' w/ appurtenances) monopole tele- communications tower and asso- ciated compound 1246' East of Ebert Road, Mar- ion, TX 78124 (Lat/Long: N 29 31 52.74 W 98 8 20.61). At least a 30' buffer beyond the proposed 55' x 55' lease area (to be construct- ed within a 115' x 109' construc- tion staging area), along with a 30' wide access/utili- ty easement, was reviewed. Tillman Infrastructure seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential signifi- cant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environ- ment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1307, including potential impacts to historic or cul- tural resources that are listed or eligible for list- ing in the Nation- al Register of Historic Places.
