PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Marion will hold a public hearing to consider a sub- division applica- tion on Monday, May 4, 2026, 6:00 PM for City Coun- cil, located at the Marion Commu- nity Library, 303 S. Center Street, Marion, Texas 78124. Marion Oaks Unit 11A and Unit 12A. Units 11A and 12A Development is located off of FM 465 being bound- ed east by FM 465 being bound- ed north by the remaining por- tion of 575.3 acre tract, owner: 2021 FII Marion LLC. Legal descrip- tion of property to be subdivided is, A 46.070 ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT OF A 575.4 ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT OF THE GUA- DALUPE TOR- RES SURVEY, ABSTRACT 313, GUADALUPE COUNTY, TEX- AS. All citizens will have the oppor- tunity to speak and be heard in regards to the proposed subdivi- sion.
