Notice of Public Hearing of the Northeast HCPP District to Consider Fiscal Year 2027 Budget and Provider Participation Program Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Northeast HCPP District (the “District”) will hold a public hearing at 11:00 a.m. on May 13, 2026, with the hearing to be held at 116 Airport Rd. Sulphur Springs, TX 75482. Notice is further given that the public hearing of the District previously scheduled at 11:00 a.m. on May 1, 2026, is hereby canceled. It is the intent of the Board of Directors that the presiding director will be physically present at that location, while other directors may attend the hearing via videoconference call. The District Board of Directors will hear public comments and consider action concerning the determination of the District's annual budget, the District's participation in a health care provider participation program, and the annual amount and timing of the mandatory payments that the District intends to require of all local hospitals in the District. The District Board of Directors will hold the public hearing pursuant to Chapter 300C of the Texas Health and Safety Code, which authorizes the District to administer a health care provider participation program. Representatives of local nonpublic hospitals and members of the public wishing to be heard on these matters may appear before the District Board of Directors at the public hearing.
