Notice of Public Hearing of the Northeast HCPP District to Consider Fiscal Year 2027 Budget and Provider Participation Program Notice is hereby given that the Board of Di- rectors of the Northeast HCPP District (the “District”) will hold a public hearing at 11:00 a.m. on May 13, 2026, with the hearing to be held at 116 Airport Rd. Sulphur Springs, TX 75482. Notice is further given that the public hearing of the District previously scheduled at 11:00 a.m. on May 1, 2026, is hereby can- celed. It is the intent of the Board of Directors that the presiding director will be physically pres- ent at that location, while other directors may attend the hearing via videoconference call. The District Board of Directors will hear pub- lic comments and consider action concern- ing the determination of the District's annual budget, the District's participation in a health care provider participation program, and the annual amount and timing of the mandatory payments that the D
