Published 3 times in the Waxahachie Sun, Wednesday, April 1, 8 and 15, 2026.The Ellis County Commissioners' Court will consider and act upon a plat application for Green Acres North Addition, Tract 7A-1, Block 1, being a replat of a portion of Tract 7-A, Block 1, Green Acres North Addition. The ± 2.117-acre site is located ± 805 feet north of the intersection of Coffee Road and FM 878 (West Jefferson Street), in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Palmer, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 1. This replat will be presented before the Commissioners' Court on Tuesday, April 28th, 2026, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
