Published 3 times in the Waxahachie Sun, Wednesday, April 1, 8, and 15, 2026.The Ellis County Commissioners' Court will consider and act upon a plat application for Vega Addition, Lots 1R, 2R, & 3R, being a replat of Lot 1 & Lot 2 of Vega Addition, to modify the configuration of Lots 1 & 2 to create one (1) additional lot, for a total of three (3) lots. The ± 10.973-acre site is located ± 1,035 feet northeast of the intersection of FM 66 and Alysa Lane, partially located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) of the City of Maypearl, Road and Bridge Precinct No. 3. This replat will be presented before the Commissioners' Court on Tuesday, April 28th, 2026, at 2:00 PM on the second floor of the historic Ellis County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, Waxahachie, TX. 75165.
