The State of Texas TO: Michael Brumback, 7622 Hermosa Drive, Amarillo, Texas 79108 YOU ARE COMMANDED to appear by filing written answer to the Plaintiff's Petition at or before 10:00 o'clock A.M. of the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance of this Citation, the same being the 23rd Day of March, 2026 at or before 10:00 o'clock A.M. before the Honorable County Court at Law No. 3 of Lubbock County, Texas, at the Lubbock County Court House at 904 Broadway, Lubbock, Texas 79401. Said Plaintiff's petition was filed on the 7th day of July, 2025 file number of said suit being Cause No. CC-2025-CV-0594. The names of the parties in the said suit are: WHITNEY GRACE BRUMBACK, AS NEXT FRIEND OF PAISLEE BRUMBACK, MINOR CHILD and MICHAEL BRUMBACK, Plaintiff(s) and ADA T. BURKE, Defendant(s).
