The names of the parties in the said suit are: WHITNEY GRACE BRUMBACK, AS NEXT FRIEND OF PAISLEE BRUMBACK, MINOR CHILD and MICHAEL BRUMBACK, Plaintiff(s) and ADA T. BURKE, Defendant(s). The nature of said suit being substantially as follows, to wit:  PLAINTIFF'S ORIGINAL PETITION.
