Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge of County Court at Law 2 of Henderson County, in Athens, Texas, on or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the d a t e of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the Application of SALLY JEAN WILLIS, to declare Heirship in such cause.
