Each of you is hereby commanded to appear and answer before the Honorable Judge of County Court at Law of Henderson County, in Athens, Texas, no or before 10:00 a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of publication which this newspaper bears, to answer the Application of JILL NEUSTUPA, to declare Heirship in such cause.
