Proposals will be accepted from all vendors/suppliers and subcontractors until 2:00 PM (CST), February 26th , 2026, at the offices of BLS Construction, Inc., located at 207 Fahrenthold St, El Campo, TX 77437. All vendor/suppliers and subcontractors may submit their bid via email at: darian.dutcher@blsconstruction.com or sealed proposals delivered to BLS Construction's address no later than the receipt time/date listed.
