QTIQ QE QF REQUEST FQ QR PR! LP! QSALS BLS Construction, Inc., Design Builder, is requesting proposals for Caney Creek Municipal Utility District, located in Bay City, Texas. Proposals will be accepted from all vendors/suppliers and subcontractors until 2:00 PM (CST), February 26th , 2026, at the offices of BLS Construction, Inc., located at 207 Fahrenthold St, El Campo, TX 77437. All vendor/suppliers and subcontractors may submit their bid via email at: darian.dutcher@blsconstruction.com or sealed proposals delivered to BLS Construction's address no later than the receipt time/date listed. The scope of work for the Caney Creek Municipal Utility District renovation will be for the following trades and include but not limited to: Interior renovation with drywall, framing, doors/door hardware, MEP, storefront, insulation, painting and flooring.
