City Hall, 10 North Robinson Street, Cleburne, Texas 76031 The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider a recommendation regarding the following requests: 1. CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (SUP) AMENDMENT FOR A SELF-STORAGE FACILITY AUTHORIZED UNDER ORDINANCE NO. OR09-2024-62 ON ±15.75 ACRES AT 118 RANCHERS WAY, CASE ZC26-001 2. CONSIDER A REQUEST FOR A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT (SUP) FOR A SELF-STORAGE FACILITY ON ±3.29 ACRES ZONED COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL FLEX (CI) DISTRICT, LOCATED AT 3233 N. MAIN STREET, CASE ZC25-037 3. CONSIDER A REQUEST TO AMEND TITLE XV, “LAND USAGE”, CHAPTER 155 “ZONING”, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF CLEBURNE, BY AMENDING SECTION 155.3.03 “USE CHART” AND SECTION 155.3.04 “CONDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS” RELATED TO CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY REQUIREMENTS FOR PERSONAL SERVICE SHOPS, CASE GC26-003 Following consideration by the Planning & Zoning Commission, City Council will hold a public hearing on ZC26-001 and ZC25-037 at its regular meeting on Tuesday, March 24, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of City Hall. City Council will hold a public hearing on GC26-003 on March 10, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of City Hall. The City Council may vote to take final action on these items following the public hearings. Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council meetings are open to the public. A member of the general public wishing to participate in the meeting may do so via the following options: In-person: Complete a speaker/comment registration card and turn it in to City Staff at the meeting. Submit questions/comments online: Complete a speaker/comment registration card found on the City's Online Agenda Center (https://www.cleburne.net/agendacenter). Registration cards received by 4:00 p.m. the same day will be distributed to the Commission/Council for their consideration. Reasonable accommodations to furnish auxiliary aids or special accommodations to assist persons with special needs will be provided when 72 hours advance notice is given.
