On Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 8:15 am at the Historic Courthouse, 2 N. Main, Room 201, Cleburne, Texas, there will be a public hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment and deciding the following issue:

“APPLICATION FOR A MASS GATHERING BY SAM GUTIERREZ, BIG RANCH PROMOTIONS, LLC FOR EQUESTRIAN EVENTS TO BE HELD ON SUNDAY, MARCH 22, 2026 AND SUNDAY, MARCH 29, 2026 AT 5224 COUNTY ROAD 417, CLEBURNE, TEXAS 76031”
