NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING A MASS GATHERING On Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 8:15 am at the Historic Courthouse, 2 N. Main, Room 201, Cleburne, Texas, there will be a public hearing for the purpose of receiving public comment and deciding the following issue: “APPLICATION FOR A MASS GATHERING BY SAM GUTIERREZ, BIG RANCH PROMOTIONS, LLC FOR EQUESTRIAN EVENT TO BE HELD ON SUNDAY, MARCH 8, 2026 AND SUNDAY, MARCH 15, 2026 AT 5224 COUNTY ROAD 417, CLEBURNE, TEXAS 76031”
