NOTICE OF NEW APPLICATIONTO UNDERGROUND STORAGE FACILITY PERMIT INEOS USA LLC, P.O. Box 1488, Alvin, TX 77512-1488 is making an application to the Texas Railroad Commission for a new permit to create, operate, and maintain an underground hydrocarbon storage facility. The applicant proposes to add a new entry into an existing cavern in its current permit for its underground hydrocarbon storage facility on Stratton Ridge Salt Dome. The Stratton Ridge Field is located 5 miles north of Freeport, Brazoria County, Texas. The new entry will be into existing Cavern 1E approximately 2,392 feet beneath the INEOS Amoco Chemicals Company Lease. LEGAL AUTHORITY: Titles 3 & 11 of the Natural Resources Code, Texas Civil Statutes, Article 6053-3 and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Texas Railroad Commission. Request for more information about the application may be made to the Environmental Services Section, Hydrocarbon Storage and Brine Mining, Oil and Gas Division, Texas Railroad Commission, P. O.
