NOTICE OF NEW APPLICATION TO UNDERGROUND STORAGE FACILITY PERMIT INEOS USA LLC, P.O. Box 1488, Alvin, TX 77512-1488 is making an application to the Texas Railroad Commission for a new per- mit to create, operate, and maintain an un- derground hydrocarbon storage facility. The applicant proposes to add a new entry into an existing cavern in its current permit for its underground hydrocarbon storage facility on Stratton Ridge Salt Dome. The Stratton Ridge Field is located 5 miles north of Free- port, Brazoria County, Texas. The new entry will be into existing Cavern 1E approximate- ly 2,392 feet beneath the INEOS Amoco Chemicals Company Lease. LEGAL AUTHORITY: Titles 3 & 11 of the Natural Resources Code, Texas Civil Stat- utes, Article 6053-3 and the Statewide Rules of the Oil and Gas Division of the Texas Rail- road Commission.
