REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR WINDSTORM AND HAIL INSURANCE COVERAGE RFP NO.: 2026-I-02 The Corpus Christi Regional Transportation Authority, hereinafter referred to as the “CCRTA”, will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Windstorm and Hail Insurance Coverage. The RFP will be available on or after February 17,2026, through PlanetBids on the CCRTA website: http://www.ccrta.org/newsopportunites/business-with-us/. Firms are encouraged to attend a pre-proposal conference at the Staples Street Center located at 602 N. Staples St., Corpus Christi, TX 78401 on Tuesday, March 3,2026, at 3:00 p.m. (CST). To participate, RSVP through PlanetBids. The purpose of this meeting is to review CCRTA's requirements for this project. While this meeting is not mandatory, firms are strongly encouraged to attend.
