CITATION BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF TEXAS KEMP VAUGHN, Defendant.........in the hereinafter styled and numbered cause: CC-25-02661-D YOU are hereby commanded to appear before the County Court at Law No. 4, of Dallas County, Texas and file a written answer at George Allen Courthouse, 600 Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas at or before 10:00 o'clock a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance hereof, being Monday, 16th day of March, 2026, a Default Judgment may be taken against you. Said Plaintiff's Original Petition was filed on in cause number CC-25-02661-D, Styled TONI N. HUTCHINGS, Plaintiff (s) vs KEMP VAUGHN, Defendant (s). The nature of plaintiff's demand being as follows: DAMAGES (COLLISION) (ACCOUNT). On or about May 5, 2023, in Dallas County, Texas, Plaintiff Toni N. Hutchings was stopped at a red traffic signal while traveling southbound on Midway Road in the outside lane of traffic. Defendant Kemp Vaughn, who was traveling directly behind Plaintiffs vehicle, failed to control the speed of his vehicle and collided with the rear of Plaintiffs vehicle. As a result of the collision, Plaintiff sustained serious injuries and damages. This is a civil action arising from said incident and pending in Dallas County, Texas. If this citation is not served within ninety days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved. The officer executing this process shall promptly execute the same according to law, and make due return as the law directs.
