  YOU are hereby commanded to appear before the County Court at Law No. 5, of Dallas County, Texas, and file a written answer at George Allen Courthouse, 600 Commerce Street, Dallas, Texas at or before 10:00 o'clock a.m. of the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days from the date of issuance hereof, being Monday, 23rd day of March, 2026, a Default Judgment may be taken against you.

  "Plaintiff Margarita Santiago seeks to recover damages from Alyn Membrenos in compensation for bodily injuries Plaintiff suffered in a January 31, 2025 motor vehicle collision between Plaintiff and Defendant." 
  If this citation is not served within ninety days after the date of its issuance, it shall be returned unserved. The officer executing this process shall promptly execute the same according to law, and make due return as the law directs.
