THE ORIGINAL PETITION OF PLAINTIFF WAS FILED AGAINST DEFENDANT DAVONNE LASHAY WALKER-JORDAN ON JUNE 30TH, 2025, IN THE 44TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF DALLAS COUNTY, TEXAS, AND IS NUMBERED DC-25-10433, AND ENTITLED BRIAN WALKER VS. DAVONNE LASHAY WALKER-JORDAN, ET AL. THE NATURE OF THIS SUIT ARISES OUT OF A MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT. THERE WERE SEVERAL DILIGENT ATTEMPTS TO LOCATE DEFENDANT DAVONNE LASHAY WALKER-JORDAN. THE COURT SIGNED AN ORDER FOR SUBSTITUTED SERVICE BY PUBLICATION ON DECEMBER 21ST, 2025, AS EVIDENCED IN THE ATTACHED ORDER. THE COURT HAS AUTHORITY IN THIS SUIT TO ENTER ANY JUDGMENT IN THE PLAINTIFF'S INTEREST WHICH WILL BE BINDING UPON YOU.
