  Said Petitioner's Petition was filed in said court, ON THIS THE 23RD DAY OF OCTOBER, 2025, in this cause, numbered DC-25-20018 on the docket of said Court, and styled: SANTOR BREAUX; TRUST BREAUX, Petitioner vs. MIRANDA CURTIS Respondent. A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows: 
ON JANUARY 4, 2024, PLAINTIFF SANTOH BREAUX WAS DRIVING HIS VEHICLE ON THE SERVICE ROAD OF US HIGHWAY 75 AND STOPPED AT A RED LIGHT AT NORTHPARK BLVD IN DALLAS, TEXAS. PLAINTIFF TRUST BREAUX WAS A PASSENGER IN THE VEHICLE WITH PLAINTIFF SANTOH BREAUX. DEFENDANT MIRANDA CURTIS WAS DRIVING BEHIND PLAINTIFFS WHEN SHE FAILED TO KEEP A SAFE DISTANCE AND STRUCK PLAINTIFF SANTOH BREAUX'S VEHICLE. AS A RESULT OF DEFENDANT MIRANDA CURTIS'S NEGLIGENCE, PLAINTIFFS SUFFERED BODILY INJURIES.
