Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of The City of The Colony will conduct a public hearing for the below listed case on Tuesday, February 24th at 6:30 p.m. at the City Hall, 6053 Main Street, The Colony, TX. SI26-0001 Zoning Text Amendment- Appendix A, Section 10A, Gateway Overlay District Conduct a public hearing, discuss, and consider making a recommendation to City Council regarding amendments to Appendix A, Section 10A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of The Colony, Texas, by amending Section 10A-500, Gateway Standards Waiver Procedures.
