Notice is hereby given that the City Council of The City of The Colony will conduct a public hearing for the below listed case on Tuesday, March 17th at 6:30 p.m. at the City Hall, 6053 Main Street, The Colony, TX. SI26-0001 Zoning Text Amendment- Appendix A, Section 10A, Gateway Overlay District Conduct a public hearing, discuss, and consider making an ordinance regarding amendments to Appendix A, Section 10A of the Code of Ordinances of the City of The Colony, Texas, by amending Section 10A-500, Gateway Standards Waiver Procedures.
