Sealed Bids will be received by City of Gainesville, Texas until 3:00 PM, local time, on Thursday, March 12, 2026 for:

SUMP L — Wine St Improvements
The proposed Work is generally described as the reconstruction of approximately 2,100 LF of asphalt road including: 8-inch reinforced concrete pavement with 6-inch integral curb, replacement of 6-inch and 8-inch sewer line with 8-inch PVC sewer line, replacement of 2-inch and 6-inch water line with 8-inch PVC water line, and 5-foot concrete sidewalk.
A Complete Set of Bid Documents including Specifications may be examined without charge at the Gainesville City Hall, 200 South Rusk, Gainesville, TX 76240. Copies of such instruments may be obtained from the office of Kimley-Horn, 100 W Oak St Suite 203, Denton, TX 76201 upon a non-refundable deposit of $75.00 per set. (KHA office hours: Monday - Thursday - 7:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.; Friday - 7:30 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.). Copies of such instruments will be available for online purchase, Friday, February 20, 2026 through CivCast at http://www.civcastusa.com/ at cost dependent upon product ordered (full size plans, individual sheets, half size plans, project manuals).
City of Gainesville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all nonconforming or conditional Bids or counter Bids, and to accept the Bid that will be in the best interest of the City of Gainesville.
Proposals must be submitted electronically at CivCast at http://www.civcastusa.com/. Hard copies will not be accepted.
