The City Council will then hold a public hearing to consider the same requests at its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 07, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at the same location. SPECIAL USE PERMIT REQUEST: PUBLIC HEARING TO TAKE COMMENTS ON A REQUEST FOR A SPECIAL USE PERMIT (SUP) TO ALLOW A SHORT-TERM RENTAL (STR); LOCATED AT BEREND ADDITION; BLOCK 8; LOT 12; (PID) 12951; COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1819 MILL ST, GAINESVILLE, COOKE COUNTY, TEXAS.
