CITY OF COMMERCE ORDINANCE 2026 — 03 — 02 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COMMERCE, AMENDING CHAPTER 38 "ENVIRONMENT", TO INCLUDE A NEW SECTION, ARTICLE VII "STORAGE, TRANSPORTATION AND DISPOSAL OF TIRES", SECTIONS 38-150 — 38-167; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. A public hearing and the first reading of this Ordinance will take place at the February 17, 2026 City Council meeting, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Commerce City Hall located at 1119 Alamo Street in Commerce, Texas.
