Legal Notice for Replats without Variance The Houston Planning Commission has received an application to allow the partial re- platting of Spring Branch Estates No 2 being Lot 2, Block 17 as recorded in volume 29, Page 52, of the Harris County Map Records for the purpose of creating 2 single-family residential lots. The new subdivision name is Spring Branch Estates No 2 Partial Replat No 19. This is the written notice of a public hearing the City sends to all owners of property within 300' of the boundary of the plat. The Houston Planning Commission will hold a public meeting and public hearing on this replat.
