CITATION BY PUBLICATION TO: ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS IN THE ESTATE OF THOMAS ALBERT THOMPSON, DECEASED: On the 28th day of January, 2026, LINDA SUE THOMPSON filed an APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP in a proceeding styled IN THE ESTATE OF THOMAS ALBERT THOMPSON, DECEASED and bearing the number 49746P in the County Court at Law #3 of Smith County, Texas. The Court will hear the aforesaid APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP on the Monday next after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of publication of this citation, in the Courtroom in the County Courthouse Annex of Smith County, in Tyler, Texas. All persons interested in the aforesaid Estate are commanded to appear at or before the time set for said hearing by filing a written contest or answer said Application.
