CITATION BY PUBLICATION TO: ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS IN THE ESTATE OF MARK DANIEL HARDIN, DECEASED: On the 3rd day of February, 2026, HEATHER HARDIN SHAID filed an APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP in a proceeding styled IN THE ESTATE OF MARK DANIEL HARDIN, DECEASED and bearing the number 48804P in the County Court at Law #3 of Smith County, Texas. The Court will hear the aforesaid APPLICATION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP on the Monday next after the expiration of ten (10) days from the date of publication of this citation, in the Courtroom in the County Courthouse Annex of Smith County, in Tyler, Texas.
