Methvin Street, Suite 205, Longview, Texas 75601, or electronically through the Gregg County Bonfire Portal at https://cogreggtx.bonfirehub.com/, until 2:00 p.m. (CST) on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, for RFP No. 2026-02, General Contractor for Precinct 2 Facility for Gregg County. Proposals received after the stated date and time will not be accepted. The RFP packet will be available beginning Friday, January 30, 2026, at 8:30 a.m. (CST) through the Gregg County Bonfire Portal at https://cogreggtx.bonfirehub.com/.
