PUBLIC NOTICE Gregg County plans to apply for the 2025-2026 Texas Community Development Fund from the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) Program of the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) under application number CDV25-0421. Accordingly, the County is seeking to contract with a qualified Engineering Firm (individual/firm) to prepare all preliminary and final design plans and specifications, and to conduct all necessary interim and final inspections. These services are being solicited to assist the County in its application preparation and project implementation of a TxCDBG contract, if awarded, to support eligible activities in Gregg County, Texas. Please submit the original, one copy and an electronic copy downloaded on a flash drive of your statement of qualifications to Attn: Kelli Davis, Gregg County Purchasing Agent, 101 East Methvin, St. 205, Longview, Texas, 75601.
