Notice is hereby given that on December 18, 2025 Letters of Testamentary upon the Estate of Gilbert Andrew Parks a/k/a Gilbert A. Parks, Deceased, were granted to the Independent Executor, Jo Ann Thomason Parks, by the Honorable County Court at Law Number Two (2) of Gregg County, Texas, in Cause No. 2025-0317-E , pending upon the Docket of said Court.
