(Longview, TX) The Longview Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) has scheduled a Transportation Policy Board meeting on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in the Longview City Council Chambers located in the Jo Ann Metcalf Municipal Building, 300 W. Cotton Street, Longview, TX 75601 to consider approval of a resolution adopting the Texas Department of Transportation's Safety Performance Measure (PM1) targets and amend applicable MPO documents to reflect updated performance targets. The public is invited to attend and will be given an opportunity to provide comments at the meeting. The meeting will be live streamed on Facebook Live, on CityView Municipal TV at LongviewTexas.gov/CityView and on Longview Cable TV, Channel 10.1 or 215.
