Capacity of Texas, Inc. has applied to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for renewal of Air Quality Permit Number 28439, which would authorize continued operation of a terminal tractor manufacturing facility located at 401 Capacity Drive, Longview, Gregg County, Texas 75604.
