"RFP # 2026-27-001: "FOOD SERVICE MANAGEMENT COMPANY" Notice is hereby given that Roosevelt ISD intends to solicit proposals for the management of its food service program. Proposals shall be received by mail or hand delivered to 1406 CR 3300, Lubbock, TX79403 by 3:00 pm March 13, 2026. The method of payment, evaluation criteria, and additional requirements are defined in the RFP.
