P U B L I C N O T I C E REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL: 2026-06 The Lubbock County Hospital District will receive Competitive Sealed Proposals for the following University Medical Center project: UMC RFP-2026-06 UMC WLT Software The proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m., CST Monday March 23, 2026, At University Medical Center Medical Office Plaza I, 3502 9th St, Lubbock, TX 79415 Proposals will be opened on March 23 ,2026. UMC will receive sealed proposals until the date and time established for receipt. After receipt, only the names of proposers will be made public. Prices and other proposal details will only be divulged after the award, if one is made.
