LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE OF ESTABLISHED PROCEDURE FOR THE CALCULATION OF MARKET VALUE OF INVENTORY: To all persons owning or controlling as agents or otherwise any inventory subject to appraisal by the Lubbock Central Appraisal District. I, Tim Radloff, Chief Appraiser/Administrator for said Lubbock Central Appraisal District pursuant to Section 23.12, Chapter 23, Texas Property Tax Code give notice on behalf of the Lubbock Central Appraisal District, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, herein publish the established procedure for the calculation of market value of inventory for the 2026 tax year. The value of inventory held for sale, lease, or rental will be assigned by rendition, observation by appraisers, comparison of like properties, pertinent records of business, and any other reasonable approach(es) necessary to accurately reflect the market value of taxable inventory as required by the statutes and Constitution of the State of Texas.
