The City of Huntington has applied for the Homeowner Reconstruction Assistance (HRA) Program through the HOME Investment Partnerships Program Fund from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA). Accordingly, the City of Huntington seeks to contract with a qualified service provider for management services. Please send your proposal of services to the following address: Attn: Bill Stewart, P. O. Box 349 Huntington, Texas 75949, or 802 US Hwy 69S, Huntington, Texas 75949. Proposals must be received by the City no later 3:00pm on March 3 , 2026 to be considered. The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all individuals or firms that submit proposals and may award one or more contracts to one or more service provider(s). Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to submit proposals.
