The City of Huntington has applied for the Homeowner Reconstruction Assistance (HRA) Program through the HOME Investment Part- nerships Program Fund from the Texas Depart- ment of Housing and Community Affairs (TDH- CA). Accordingly, the City of Huntington seeks to contract with a qualified service provider for management services. Please send your propos- al of services to the following address: Attn: Bill Stewart, P. O. Box 349 Huntington, Texas 75949, or 802 US Hwy 69S, Huntington, Texas 75949. Proposals must be received by the City no lat- er 3:00pm on March 3 , 2026 to be considered.
