PUBLIC NOTICE Notice to Bidder NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT sealed Bids, addressed to the City of Orange, will be received at the office of the City Secretary, City Hall, 812 N. 16th Street Orange, Texas 77630 until Tuesday, March 3rd, 2026, at 2:30 p.m. for the construction of certain public works or furnishing of services briefly described as: City of Orange HMGP Contract No. DR-4485 FEMA Project No. 0514-Old Armory Generator. Any bids received after the cut off time will be returned unopened. Please submit one (1) marked original and three (3) exact duplicates of your complete Bids. Bids must be fully sealed inside an envelope when submitted. If your packet is sent via courier package, the sealed envelope must be placed inside the courier package. The proposer's information must be clearly marked in the upper left-hand corner on the outside of both the sealed envelope and courier package. The name of the project and project number must be clearly marked on the bottom lower lef
