PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT sealed bids, addressed to the City of Orange, will be received at the office of the City Secretary, City Hall, 812 N. 16th Street, Orange, Texas 77630 until Monday, March 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., and all bids received will be opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the cut-off time will be returned unopened. Please submit one (1) marked original and two (2) exact duplicates of the executed offer on the Bidding Form furnished in the Bid Packet, bids must be fully sealed inside an envelope when submitted. If your packet is sent via courier package, the sealed envelope must be placed inside the courier package. The bidder's information must be clearly marked in the upper left-hand corner on the outside of both the sealed envelope and courier package.
