Notice of Request for Qualifications Construction Manager-At-Risk Services San Angelo Independent School District Fannin Elementary School – New Building Additions San Angelo, Texas Written Qualification Statements are requested and will be received by San Angelo ISD, Attention: Dr. Merl Brandon – Assistant Superintendent SAISD, until 2:00 PM on Thursday, March 12, 2026, for Construction Manager-At-Risk Services to be performed for the construction of the Fannin Elementary School – New Cafeteria and Classroom Additions (“Project”). The written Qualification Statements will be opened and acknowledged at 2:00 PM at 1621 University Ave., San Angelo, Texas 76904, then taken under review. Respondents will then be ranked and may be interviewed. Award of the contract shall follow at a later date. Project Description: The Project is for the addition of a New Cafeteria (Approx. 11,000 S.F.) Building and a New 10 or 12 Classroom (Approx. 15,000 S.F.) Building. In addition, there will be limited renovations to existing buildings on the Fannin Elementary Campus. Project Site Location: Fannin Elementary School is located at 1702 Wilson Street, San Angelo, Texas 76901 Pre-Bid Conference at Project Site: A pre-bid Conference will be conducted on February 24, 2026, at 3:30 PM on the Fannin Campus. This Pre-Bid is limited to just CMaR's interested in this Project – no Subcontractors need to attend.
